Introduction

I(caps)n this poem, I've explored the deep-seated frustrations and hopes that many of us carry. The lines "Mujhe barbad tere ishq se jayda, mere khamoshi ne kiya hai" (I have been ruined more by my silence than by your love) and "Thak gye rooh, ab to awaz uathai jaye" (My soul is tired, now it's time to raise my voice) reflect a yearning for change and a desire to be heard.

The poem also addresses societal issues like religious intolerance and political corruption, emphasizing the importance of speaking out against injustice. Ultimately, it serves as a reminder that empathy and compassion are crucial for building a more just and equitable world.

Setting up the stage

At some point in life, we've all faced sorrow and frustration due to circumstances beyond our control. These experiences can deeply affect us, and it's often difficult to move past them. In this poem, I've used metaphors to express the emotions and arguments that arise in such situations.

Poem: Chale hai baat, to fir ye baat chalai jaye.

Chale hai baat, to fir ye baat chalai jaye.
Kahani aadhi nhi, puri sunai jaye.

Aur mai nakam hu, ye to sab jante hai.
Par mai kamyab kis had tak tha, ye bhi baat batai jaye.

Mujhe barbad tere ishq se jayda, mere khamoshi ne kiya hai.
Thak gye rooh, ab to awaz uathai jaye.

Hmse bach ke niklne ki, kar rhe the tum kosis.
Lo aa gya farman, ek nayi raah banai jaye.

Kursi ki hood aur batware ki rajniti, sab siyasi pachade hai.
Badlaav agar chahiye, to koi sarkar nayi layi jaye.

Madir tod ke gar, masjid bna rhe ho to.
Khuda hamara bhi to hai,  chalo ab masjidon me he guhaar lagai jaye.

Kisi ka tod kar dil, kabhi bagwaan khus hue hai kya.
Bade nadaan ho yar, ab tumhe kis tarha ye baat samjhaye jaye.

Thank you for reading this poem. I hope it resonates with you and inspires you to share your own thoughts and feelings. Please feel free to leave comments, share the poem, and check out my other work.

Cheers,
Gyan

With the right tools and creativity, you can craft a unique and memorable invitation that reflects the couple's love story. So, As a hobbyist designer I had decide to take up this challenge to deign a wedding card that hold the balance of tradition and add my design essence while crafting the love story of my brother.  In, this blog post, we'll explore how I used #Figma to design a beautiful Indian wedding invitation for my brother. Figma: The Perfect Tool for Design Figma is a powerful Web based tool mainly used by UI UX designers. But its vector graphics editor is pretty handy and ideal for designing intricate and detailed graphics like wedding invitations. Though i don't recommend using it for Print ready graphics, but since its my go to tool for mostly every design project that I take. I love to use t...

How Banking and UPI Apps Use Behavioural Economics to Encourage Spending: A Journey into the Hidden Side of Finance

Header Image for blog   (toc) #title=(Table of Content)  T(caps) oday, I want to take you on a journey to explore how banking and UPI (Unified Payments Interface) apps might be subtly influencing us to spend more through the principles of behavioural economics. But before we dive into that, let me share the story that inspired this post. Recently, I was working on a problem statement to prepare a case study for a shared wallet concept for PhonePe. The task seemed simple enough: design an app feature where users can add their family members or friends to a shared wallet. Everyone in that wallet could then pay through it, view, and manage their expenses effectively—all while reducing the hassle of manual calculations and stress. As someone living in a remote area, I understand how stressful it can be to manage money efficiently, especially when dealing with everyday expenses. I often use apps like money managers, Split wise, or even WhatsApp groups to record my bills, hoping tha...

Modern Resume Design in Figma

Header Image Designing a Modern Resume in Figma: A Fresh Approach to Stand Out If you’re like me, you’ve probably grown tired of seeing the same old, uninspired resumes where candidates simply list their details without much thought to design. While the traditional approach might get the job done, it no longer meets the expectations of today's fast-paced digital world, where capturing attention is more challenging than ever. This is why I decided to take a different approach and design a modern, visually appealing resume using Figma. This isn't just a resume—it's a user-friendly experience that engages the reader and seamlessly connects your paper resume with your digital world. Why Modern Resumes Matter In an age where people’s attention spans are shorter than ever, your resume has to work harder to stand out. Handing in a dull, text-heavy document isn’t going to cut it anymore. If I receive a plain resume made in a word processor with minimal formatting, I honestly won’t...
